With a plethora of venues from our database, we will hand select the ones that fit your brief. Whether it be an intimate private dining room for 20 guests, a fairy tale country estate or a conference centre with enough space for 2,000 guests, we have access to it all. If you are fortunate enough to have access to outside space that can accommodate a marquee structure, we will jump right into that too, creating your very own unique venue!

With the venue, also comes the food and drinks (the part we love most!) We work with some of the most loved and respected catering teams in the industry who are always ready to rustle up something new for your event whatever your choice of cuisine.

Working for over 16 years in the industry has led us to create long lasting relationships within the venue world. This often enables us to source much better rates than you yourself could achieve. However this can only be negotiated by Team Ruby J when we make the initial call! If you can, try and hold off calling a location or caterer until you have spoken to us first, it could be hugely beneficial to your budget!
